Microsoft Registered Refurbisher is a Microsoft Program which allows registered partners to sell genuine Windows 10 PRO and Windows 10 Home.
Microsoft genuine operating system purchasing conditions
- The genuine license is purchased pre-installed on a computer
- The computer must have been pre-owned for least 6 months
- The original Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for a Windows operating system is affixed to the computer
When you purchase a genuine operating system via the Microsoft Registered Refurbisher Program you get
- Specially designed Windows COA for refurbished PCs (addition to the original COA that came affixed to the PC when it was newly purchased)
- Unique product key or a serial number, the Windows product name, and statement “For Use on Refurbished PC Only”
- Document validating the new COA and the original COA
- Recovery Media Pack that contains a recovery media hologram CD, and outer wrap in a slim-line CD case
